The project "River Basin Management Plans and Proactive Drought Management Plans: Development of Technological Management Tools for Water Resources Planning in the State of Ceará – Water Security and Drought Planning" integrates water resources management strategies by combining river basin planning and proactive drought management within a coordinated and technologically innovative framework.
Objective
To develop an action plan for water resources management under conditions of water scarcity through the creation of methodologies, strategic and operational guidelines, and technological tools that strengthen river basin planning. The project integrates three complementary components: Negotiated Water Allocation, the Water Security Plan, and the Proactive Drought Management Plan.
