The Strategic Center of Excellence for Water and Drought Policies (CEPAS), affiliated with the Federal University of Ceará, is dedicated to research, development, and innovation in water resources management.
Through a multidisciplinary approach, CEPAS works to advance water security and promote the sustainable use of water for both society and ecosystems.
