The Chief Scientist Program – Water Resources, promoted by the Ceará Foundation for Scientific and Technological Development Support (FUNCAP) in partnership with the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), brings together a portfolio of projects focused on water resources management in the State of Ceará. Through scientific research, the development of technological tools, and the training of highly qualified professionals, these projects strengthen water security, drought planning, and negotiated water allocation, supporting evidence-based decision-making.
