What Does CEPAS Do?

Generates knowledge to innovate practices and technologies in drought and water resources management.

 

Develops and advances technologies for water security, water efficiency, and water resources management that promote social equity, public participation, and ecosystem sustainability.

Serves as a center for thought and synthesis in water and drought policies, analyzing specific challenges, identifying best practices, and recommending improvements in public policies and social practices.

Disseminates knowledge in water resources and drought management.

 

Proposes, monitors, implements, evaluates, and promotes water and drought management programs and policies.
